Our experience lies in the fact that in recent years we have handled all types of immigration cases with a very high success rate. Our Founder

Roberto M. Burgos.LLM, is an Immigration specialist . He is a graduate of the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in the city of Philadelphia, where he obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) in American Law. Roberto is a Dominican lawyer, graduated from the Open University for Adults (UAPA). Graduated from the Venture Program at Westminister College in Salt Lake City, Utah.

 

Roberto is the Director of the Immigration Department of Migrance Initiative Inc, which is a non-profit organization that tries to help the most needy immigrants with their immigration matters. Mr. Burgos He is accredited by the United States Department of Justice to represent in immigration court and before the United States Immigration Service (USCIS). Roberto is register as In-house Counsel in the Court of New York for Grupo de Medios Grobal He is the founder of the Institute of Immigration and Policy, which is responsible for training lawyers, law students and other interested parties on US immigration law and Immigrants Human Rights. He is also accredited as a Human Rights consultant through the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights in Washington D.C. Mr. Burgos has been working with several non-profit organizations in search of immigration justice and representation for Immigrants who need help within the United States.
